"I went in looking for a helmet that I saw on Cyclegear.com. I was initially greeted by "Peaches" and was asked if I needed help. He showed me the helmet I was looking for and he was very informative regarding how the helmet should fit. He allowed me to wear the prospective helmet around the store while I shopped for a riding jacket and gloves. Unfortunately, the helmet I desired was not in stock. At this point Peaches offered to order a helmet to which I agreed. He also assisted me in choosing a riding jacket for purchase.
